Sissy (Little Sister) was born to a feral Mom under a restaurant in Cape Charles, VA. A tourist who stopped at the restaurant spotted the kittens and after returning home starting calling rescue groups. She knew the kittens didn't have much of a future living at the resort, especially once winter came. Sissy and her 5 brothers and sisters were rescued. Sissy is especially attached to her sister Julie. Both kitties were sitting in the bushes and when Julie was trapped, Sissy knew something was up. She came running out of the bushes and jumped on top of the trap and started crying. We think she was saying "Don't leave me behind. I want to be with my sister." Fortunately we were able to catch Sissy too so they are together and looking for a home. They love each other very much so we want them to be adopted together forever. Sissy and Julie are currently in a foster home. If you would like to meet them, please call Betty at 757-508-5298.
